Process

How it works from start to close

1) Start

Start an acquisition process and invite the counterparty. Optionally add your colleagues, attorneys, accountants, and anyone else as collaborators.

2) Agreement

Upload your Letter of Intent and/or your Purchase Agreement, optionally using a Dealform template. Optionally send it out for e-signature.

3) Obligations

Create and confirm an obligation checklist that defines when each payment obligation is satisfied. Fund the obligation so Dealform can securely hold the funds in escrow.

4) Due diligence

Conduct due diligence using Dealform's encrypted document-sharing. If any complications arise, Dealform will guide both sides to a resolution.

5) Close

Seller transfers the assets and marks the obligation checklist as complete. Dealform confirms the buyer agrees, then disburses the funds to the seller.
