Does Dealform require a separate Escrow Agreement?

No, Dealform does not require its own Escrow Agreement.

Dealform is a web-based escrow service, so we don’t use a traditional escrow agreement. Instead, our Terms of Service is our escrow agreement. As with most web-based services, you simply accept the Terms of Service when opening an account. We find this to be much easier than injecting yet another legal agreement into a deal, like traditional escrow services do.
